Is this setting is good for Port Forwarding!

Your internal IP is wrong. Open a command prompt, run ipconfig, and put what it says for IPv4 Address

+ you don't necessarily need TCP ports.

there are two adapters in my pc ....1st is ethernet local area connection & 2nd is Wirless Network connection.....the internal ip of both the adapters are different..so which one i should select?

I uses Ethernet cable modem..but that does'nt working :-X

i have same net like u ! i have local area and internet ! i connect internet and its work for me!
