Title: I am new to VC-MP. Please help starting it.

When i click on a server and then click connect. It starts the normal single player Vice city not the online server.

Please reply me and help me.

Yes i have vc-mp in the same folder.

So i don't really know how to help you but here are some few tips:

1. Download the client again(The latest)
2. When installing, change the destination folder to your Vice City directory. Don't just skip the step and click install.
3. Once you have finished the installment, open the vc-mp.exe.
4. Click on Tool > Settings > Vice City Installation Location
5. Finally try to go into a server.

A new problem:

When i start the server then it closes Gta Vice city and shows Gta vice city has been stopped working.
Whenn i runn Single Player then it dosent shows that.

Configuration of my Computer.
Windows 7 (Home Basic)
Processor: i3-370M 2.40GHz
Hard Drive: 320GB
Memory: 4GB

Have you downloaded the game from the internet or you have original CD?

Also your so called website doesnt help a thing.
He already did it all, it just starts single player.
You need to download the 1.0 gta vc exe. Google for it.

Now when i start the VC-MP then it shows the Single player Loading screen and then it closes the VC-MP and shows an error message.
The program has been stopped working.
