I get this, whenever I try to join an online server.

You need to check what error does you handling file, check if you change the original format

u just mindfucked me, but that is besides the point. i have not installed any mods, or edit/change any filles at all. i even did a complete re-install of the game.

You don't get such an error, because VCMP has a bad day. Something is REALLY wrong with the handling file. Please check it.

You sure you are using normal vice city or any other mods like deluxe or long night zombie etc ?? because these mod changes handling files and vehicles. Make sure you have normal vice city and the correct version.  :)

hi fellow,  use Correct Version gtavc 1.1 and make sure you haven't got installed any cars or mods etc.
or download it through torrent
