Title: 2 Black lines along the sides of the screen

I Think i know why my Vice City Multiplayer Freezes 15 minutes into gameplay. There are 2, big long black rectanges going down either side of my screen. It was never like this before. How do i get rid of these. It could partly be due to me having a 64bit Windows 7. Any suggestions?

The fact that not only does Vice City freeze 15 minutes in, but you have these random rectangles out of nowhere, you might be having a graphics card failure or malfunction.

Make sure you run VC in 32bit mode (display settings)

Playing on a 16:9 monitor? You (or thanks to Christamas' magic even your computer) could change the display resolution to 4:3 (5:4) like 800x600. Check the settings.
