the game told me
you're not logged in
you can't buy any weapons
what does this mean and how do I log in

help me DX

Its either you are not registered to the server or not logged in to the server. Try /c register YOUR_PASSWORD or /c login YOUR_PASSWORD. This isn't a big matter as it is the server and not the client problem. Ask the server ADMIN's IF you forgot your password.
