Title: Build Mode Probelms

Hello!
I kinda have a problem with the build mode(maybe i dunno how to use it :/).
So... I write /build, my character spawns, but when i enter /v <ID> no car spawns... I entered /v 139 an d ny others but nothing spawned...same with skins.

Can you help me solve that?

The Build Mode not work in 0.3zR2 ... work just in 0.3x
