1:- Where Can i Find a Simple nICE scritped sql server??
2:-How To start Sql server??
3:-How To add cmds in sql Server??

SQL is a form of database storage, first of all. You can not "script" in SQL. What you're looking for is Squirrel, for which the appropriate forum is found here (http://vcmp.liberty-unleashed.co.uk). You can find scripts such as FBS which are good for the beginner and learn to make commands etc. from those same scripts.
