I have seen on server how dude used command and he sat. How to script it in pawn? Or, how to create your own includes?

It is called "animation"/"anim". He sat, because he typed a VCMP hardcoded command /sit (or equivalent /do 21).

How to script this in PAWN? I'm not familiar with pawn, but this page http://thijn.vrocker-hosting.co.uk/VCWiki/index.php/SetPlayerAnimation says, that this function is bugged.
