Title: VC-MP 0.4 Multi-Language Support (UNICODE)

I think that it must necessarily be added, as it is in SA-MP, if you think that it is not possible, look at my picture, i added it in vc-mp 0.1  :o

I have lots of questions in my head right now.. Is your topic asking the devs to add Multi-language support or are you using the 0.4 name as your project?
