Please tell limits for UDP and TCP connections for iptables

Firstly, your post is too vague for anyone to help you, and generally it sounds like you don't know what you're talking about, but would rather copy and paste several commands without knowing what they do. Read the man pages for iptables and look up some how-to guides and tutorials online.

Secondly, VC:MP does not use TCP.

Lastly, iptables can be used to accomplish many things. Asking for "limits for connections" means absolutely nothing; again, you're being too vague. If you want to unblock connections for VC:MP, refer to my first point.
