Title: Mss32.dll help

I spent 3 hours trying to play VC:MP. i ran into problems after problem. I installed the Mss32.dll in windows (system32). when i try to join a server it pops us saying that mss32.dll can only be installed in a application directory instead of a windows directory. Now this might be a dumb question and easy awsner but i need to know where exactly do i save mss32.dll to.

i have tried saving it in the rockstar/grand theft auto vice city file, but the error says the same thing.

I know you said you tried but all I can say is that mine is here:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City
