how i can delete registered users from my sansan v3?
or
can i lock the registration?

Use !lock <fullname> <reason>

Or delete the account ini files

Go in vcmp.accounts.ini and delete all the accounts you want, and keep the ones you do want :P if you want to lock a certain account, do as Mattz said
