Title: VCMP crashes

I've done removed Registry VCMP and Uninstalled, Removed Folder, Re-installed VC, Tested works fine. Installed VCMP in exact folder as the Forum says and Instructions on set up. Tried VCMP it loads up Lists, Adding one of my favorite server, Started the game. It got loaded but when it gets to Title Screen, Crashes. Why? Single Player work but VCMP doesn't? Am I doing something wrong?

Which title screen does it crash at? the GTA:VC one or VC:MP title screen?

Vice City. I did try to get in while VCMP installed, Single Players works just fine.

Have you installed any mods? (Especially CLEO.)

No Mods ... I know VCMP well and I don't want to mess up and calling me Trainer/Hacker due to the mods miscommunications so I've played VCMP for long time and this one has never happened to me before. yeah I had the 2010 issue but I got it figured out ... it was cuz I haven't removed Regedit.  friend from XE Server told me that.
