Title: Where can I get the original version of the game GTA VC

Where can I get the original version of the game GTA VC
Versions are not compatible with the program Vice City Multiplayer

Are you absolutely sure your Vice City is installed in D:\Gta Vice City 17 directory?
Most commonly Vice City's installer installs it either in X:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City or in X:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto Vice City if bought from Steam.
Open your VC-MP browser and click Tools > Settings > Vice City Installation Location. Then find your gta-vc.exe from the directory it's installed in.
