I want to know the address of my server to share to my friend, who know how to check ip address of my server.

My friend want to join my server but can't because don't know why the internet tab suddenly didn't got my server name so i decided to use external ip to connect and can't, i try using all ip(every time i check, it changed !) and still didn't get answer. So, who can tell me how am i supposed to know my server ip so that other people can use it to join my server ?  :-X

One more thing, i already use what'smyip or i forget the name, that website i already use so don't mention about it.
