It was a function, like this I got it from squirrel , didn't know if it can be used in here. 

player.IsWeaponSyncBlocked

Can this one be used ? If can please reply if cannot please tell me true one.

You cannot try it by yourself ?

It is obvious for Squirrel only. If it was for Pawn too, then it should appear in the Pawn Wiki.
