Use VRocker's Improved Server Browser (http://vcmp.liberty-unleashed.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=419.0) in place of the default browser shipped with VC:MP. The official browser hasn't been updated after Windows Vista shipped, and the incompatibilities haven't been patched.
