Hi! I'm from argentina, and i want to know if it is possible to make a normal server in lan. When i say normal server, i mean a new game like singleplayer with cars, people (npc), etc

Everything you see on an "Internet" server is possible to do on LAN. NPCs are not available in VCMP.
