Title: Vice city multiplayer chrashes!

Hello, I am having a problem with vice city: multiplayer. I just downloaded it and i really want to play online, but i have loading error.
the error is:

RCON: Unable to start Remote Console server

Please help me, I really want to play Vice city in multiplayer

Welcome to the vcmp world :)
It is because you downloaded the server.
To play online you need to download the client.
Download Client (http://vicecitymultiplayer.com/downloads/03z_r2/vcmpclient0.3zr2(patch2).zip)
