Title: HELP!!! I cant move when i spawn my character in multiplayer

So i pick a character then all the sudden at the chat box stuff i see controls have been provoked and something about my character being frozen, i could only move my camera(rotating) but cant move my Character. PLEASE HELP  ???

Which server did you join?
