Near my house there are some hosts. They Cost Rs: 500 (in my Currency) per month (24/7 Hosting) and it's equal to 5.81$ Per Month. Cheap for me ;D

You still don't get it don't cha.. I can't afford to pay for a host. (Althought it is cheap) So, I find a free Webhost and now I am trying to host my server with it.

i Didn't got my server hosted from them till now but i'm getting a host. The Host is near my house so i don't need a shit paypal to pay.

Just pay for a damn host. Unless you're willing to wait for a memleak-fixed server.

And again,
Web hosts will not host game servers and you will be dropped from their service for doing so.

Take this from someone who was once an admin on one such web host. Cool your hormones and wait for ViceFree to come back. It won't be long.
