I didn't use Pawno in the last time, but I think you have to search for Settings to add some correct locations.

If running Windows Vista or newer, also try running the compiler as an Administrator, and see if that helps.

Matheus please re download pawno and take the pawnocc.exe then replace it
If not work try run as admin.
