Title: [On Hold] Passengers can't jump out from a vehicle in high speed

Just to remind about this bug.

Description
If you are passenger in a vehicle that have high speed, you can't press F to exit from vehicle anymore...

Always

What you were doing when the bug happened
Tried to jump out from a vehicle that was burning actually. :D
(in high speed)

What you think caused the bug
No enabled at all ?!

Yes it is true in 0.3 there was no such problem. It is better to give to escape.

This is a known issue that was intentionally induced because evasive dive was unsynced. This will be revisited at a later time.
