i solved the problem. i left he old  flt file in the mss folder but i renamed it thinking the program would over look it. but it didnt so i removed the 0.3z r2 flt completely and problem solved. thanks guys ;D

hey guys i did it and now when i try enter any server it crashes before even connecting.

i downloaded the 0.3z r2 thing today. its good. but then after i tried to connect to miami dade madness and it said

connecting to 212.117.180.33:5194

and thats it. it doesent connect or load game. same with every other server except for the beta dm. i think i need the old 0.3z files maybe. so if anyone knows how to fix it please let me know where to get the 0.3z files or if it is something else causing the problem.

yea im with u aldo and my ping is still 240 on american but its the lowest apat from au server. everywhere else is like 360+
