Firstly make sure you've installed VC:MP in GTA VC directory and delete any cleo mod if you own something like that(or any mod )
If you have downloaded your game,as far as I know you need to have the no-cd-crack v 1.0

I was near a player wich spawned a car

What you think caused the bug
When I am near a player wich spawns a car , my skin goes automatically near his car ,I can't control it

it was always normal,I was able always to have a high speed internet till a day when I came from school and saw that error :/

Most probably :D thanks for the help,can't you guys help me to solve it? Whenever I put my internet connection to the normal speed (Auto) or 1000 mbs /100 mbs , I always see a message saying: A network cable is unplugged (every 1-2 s) .I can open internet only if I use 10 mbs .How can  I solve it?Yes,I have win xp

From what I've understood, in the vcmp_config.txt was made this file:

Text, with each mod separated by one space, like so:

-> to avoid hacks and other things , i.e: f1 hack,widescreen_fix_remake.asi .The hackers and other people can't put these files  in the game_allowedmods?If yes,they will hack again and there's no difference between 0.3 and 0.4.

P.s: i am having some problems with my internet connection,I reduced it from 100 mb/s to 10 mb/s , but it goes fine

Maybe you didn't script well this radio,I can hear the music just for 2-3s , I can hear the normal radio.

The new streets wich you implemented aren't solid,at least for me.Is it a problem from me or from the server,at the last beta test I was able to drive on the new streets

Most probably you clicked ''Save'' ,to solve the problem delete your current hud located in models and click again save,TXD workshop will create a new one
