how can i add more scripts to it like more Admin commands, and users commands

and other thing it don't show up on the server.exe when ppl join or ip or leave or what they are talking about, it only show's admin login or 127.0.0.1 aka localhost only noting else? is there a way to show that like SA would show?

and what is Rcon? and how does this work has well?
