BRIAN floods the server but, script thinks [TDH]BriaN did it so he gets kicked.

I have been using this mod for years, it adds the wheels from the xbox version of vice city into your game,

this mod is not cheating, its just a visual modifcation.

I just joined the server spawned and seen this lol, it was spinning around and glowing like a pickup but i couldnt pick it up :(
