Just set it to C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City and connect to a server.

If any admin sees you driving over that you'll be banned, take my advice and remove it.

Use your Vice City CD's to reinstall

I have a method how to solve it, if it will still minimize. Stupid, but works :p.

1. Click on GTA VC at the taskbar.
2. Move the mouse cursor above the taskbar and click like hell!!11111
3. VCMP should return [for now] :p. If not, you are doing it too slow. Try again.

heh, this is exactly what ive been doing

Well from the looks of it most new players cant locate their vice city installation when installing vcmp, either that or they just speed trough the installation clicking next next next ok etc, A quick install.exe patch for the correct default installation directory would stop most of these posts and people asking for help on IRC

They're all banned, they just constantly evade, blow off their faces with an M4.

This is happening to me too sometimes, never happened in previous versions of vcmp

i got it working but its takeing me to  my shop brought 1 not the mp 1

that usually happens when you install vcmp in the wrong place
