By place he means Kaufman's cabs, where the loading starts, the time stays at 12:00 because if you listen, when loading finishes you'll here a DOOP sound, the windows error sound if you will.

Make sure it's not just one server. Since you talk about scripting IRC I guess you're making a server, make sure you check the FAQ and ways to make a server, there is vehicle limits and such.

Also, don't forget your GTAVC version... I think.

Wait, you used a crack?
Buy the game, it will always work, unless your computer isn't so good, make sure you didn't install any new software or change any settings, or try reinstalling it. Also, make sure that VCMP doesn't work on ALL servers, not just one.

Also, don't forget you to check if there is any stray numbers or incomplete lines.

All you need is one misplaced number or line to crash the server, I'm sure you already know this, use ; for comments.

1) Extract all files to a seperate folder
2) From where you extracted thoes files, open up vcmp.ini with wordpad / notepad and change the details in there to your server details. (ip, client port, rcon port, adminpass)
3) In that same folder, open up mirc.exe
4) If scripts do not automaticly load, type "/load -rs vcmp.mrc" without ""
5) After five seconds, the dialog should open up and scripts should AUTOMATICLY connect to the details you put in vcmp.ini
6) Go in the server, type "!set admin" without "" and on that nick you will have admin! You can only use this command once, remember

Thats a cool find Rolo, now if we scripted the pickups to do something crazy, maybe we would have a good server.
Thats it! We place sea animals over the beach and everyone can play Virtual Sea life Rescuer. I don't know any IRC, if I did I would program the barrels to blow up the player, or use the remote pickup to wire a carbomb or some other crap.

Well, I have no clue.

But its not over, most people use the GUS 9.0 to !setweather to numbers over than 9, like !setweather 236. You might have to mess around with the weather number to find something you might like.

Its be requested for over 3 weeks, cmon! You folks didn't even post the info! I understand no pictures, theres a kajillion pickup ids.
Some of the pickups will freeze/crash your game if you pick them up.
Heres a list of pickups worth looking at.
You know what some of them look like, I'm not going to waste time. Also, all FPS weapons (sniper, rocket launcher) don't work.

All those large rotating objects are useless, all they do is disappear when you pick them up, they don't even collide! The pickups aren't a easy way to place exploding barrels that you can shoot all over the map. You need to specify what happens when player picks up oooo lets say pickup id 123, like fall or teleport or what. One example is the boxes, trashcans, and keycards at UltraMegaServer.
Btw, there are heck of alot of pickup ids, posting ALL of then with pictures could be a pain, but I'll see if I can post only the ones you should be worried about.(or maybe not)

Cool. That weapon crate stuff sounds 'mazin. Maybe in a later release we can attach the crates to trucks and drive them around town for money (all done in IRC if not), hoping we don't get robbed. Oh yeah, don't forget about bounty's, like 1 player feels like killing everyone he sees, so then he might be wanted and all of the server bands together to see he's dead.

You might want to step it up a notch for some people, they continue to driveby even if they die, maybe you spawn also make it so if they spawn in the next 15-20 seconds they die automatically.
