I didn't hear anyone say anything about VC:MP is better than SA:MP.. Please understand that GTA:SA is more advance than GTA:VC and GTA:III. Which mean that their multiplayer has more functions and ability to be exploited unlike GTA:VC which is just an upgrade of the GTA:III engine.I didn't mean it like that, I just wondered why people play VCMP when SAMP exists.
Then. can you create it ?No point, it took LSRP around 4 years to get good and VCMP isn't exactly growing. Besides I'm working on an IVMP roleplay server, that has a chance of succeeding.
I guess its fun for RPGers to kick back and relax on, but it isn't roleplay at all. Real roleplay, heavy roleplay, is where you realistically simulate a character in high detail. For example a writer for a newspaper.http://www.argonathrpg.euIts very nice server roleplay
10 years ago the PS2 version was released. The pc edition was published 7 months later. And I'm playing it since summer 2003, incredible, how much time I wasted with games .That's true, GTA III looks pretty miserable and dark.
2 facts from gt wiki:QuoteAccording to Lazlow Jones, Rockstar began working on GTA Vice City only one month after the release of GTA III.
GTA Vice City only took 9 months to make.
I think that Rockstar, after a successful release of GTA3, was worried about one thing: the game is "too dark" (the city, weather etc.). That's why they started working on a bright VC quickly.
So much games turned recently 10 years. GTA 3, VC, Mafia 1 etc. Only classic games. I don't think someone will remember in 2018, that GTA 4 is 10 years old!
It was obvious, Rockstar releases a mobile GTA:VC. They claimed to release some unseen artworks and other shit too.
0.4 will revive the community? I think releasing 0.4 may increase the VCMP player count, but not much.Agree, it's not just like VCMP will suddenly have a mass of new players when the next version comes out. VC is also very hard to buy, it isn't in stores anymore. When presented with the choice between VCMP and SAMP most people will pick SAMP.
IMO, the only way to increase the player count could be by releasing a stable 0.4 in October 2012, when GTA VC turned 10 years, but that's over now...
