I'm not sure, but you have to have Rocket Launcher probably. Then you can collect rockets. But as I said I am not sure.

I think tank will crash your game. BF Injection... hmmm... I'm not sure, but some time ago I placed this vehicle on my map and it didn't crash, so in my opinion you can add it to your config.ini.

Ehm, why don't you use Tommis' GUS? There is command which allows you to teleport yourself. There are also other useful commands.

Imho you should uninstall Vice City. Then delete your Vice City folder. And then install Vice City and VC-MP.
