rcon.exe uses to allow you to remote control (rcon) your server.
it is also used for saving data ( like users ) for your script.
If you want to make admin and user commands goto the subforum: mIRC Scripting
and then goto: Showroom

It says put the rcondll.dll in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrat?r\Mina dokument\mIRC\ .. You can read, right?
