1. Any and every change you do to your server will require a new compile. Delete the old .amx and compile a new one.
2. Make sure that both .amx and .pwn of the same gamemode are in the folder "gamemodes".
3. Run the server.

Wasn't it Member, Mod, Admin and Owner? Or we have a new admin system introduced in release 5? :P

Well anyway - the easiest way to group the staff would be this.
Level 1 - Member (obviously)
Level 2 - Moderator
Level 3 - Administrator
Level 4 - Server Owner

If the game crashes at the pink bar, then the problem is with your GTAVC.

Make sure you do not have any mods installed in GTAVC.
If you are using a No-CD crack, try a different crack.
Re-Install GTAVC, Re-install VCMP in the GTAVC dir.
Also make sure you are using v1.0 of GTAVC
If it's a pinkbar issue - make sure you don't have more than 1 GTAVC process open.

It can be caused by a browser bug - I've experienced it, I think you have the same problem. Try running it as an administrator.

why would someone ALT-TAB to quit the game ? they do it for multi tasking and not quitting the game.
I didn't say it was for exiting games - I said /q was.

To fill it up - maxorator mentioned that it's basically an overload of packet data on your game which will be fixed in the new version of VC-MP.
Just avoid ALT-Tabbing, /q is always the best way to exit a game.

It's an occasional error caused by sudden interruption of the game. (ALT-Tab, empty battery [laptops], etc.)
