How To Make My Owns Commands

I look in all Servers Additional Commands but i dont know how to add and at mine server Some Commands example: !danger , !president , !sus , !buydrugs , !keycard That i want but i dont know HELP ME!!!!!!

after learning how to script basic commands like !hp, you can move on to more advanced commands like !sus
