[Assigned] Vehicle Ghost

This function that was requested by me is bugged. Ghost vehicles can drive into the walls etc. After few seconds vehicle becomes bigger.
I'm posting here, because I can't see developers activity here.

Ghost vehicles can drive into the walls etc.
Unless this also happens with the local player's ghost vehicle then this is expected behavior due to the current implementation: disabling collisions for the vehicle, excluding the wheels.

Workaround implemented by fixing ghost status being set on screen even if the local player is driving it. This will not affect the appearance of other vehicles having ghost status on any given player's screen.

The growing vehicle bug may still occur for non-driven vehicles under some certain conditions. Not sure though.
