Its avalabe for pawno just want to work a bit well heres the formula

Make a new INI(Database like) and store all ips of a player = playername . if the ip is taken add his name to the ip database example

123.143.178.155 = ankur, cow,batman
now when palyer types /c alias 123.123.133.155 messaage the player "yazeen,bitch,superman"
else if the ip doesn't exist in the database Message " no such ip found"
