The default path of VCMP0.4 store path is in the installation path, but if user installed in "ProgramFiles" path and the user doesn't have administrator privileges then the data WILL NOT be store!!! I think it's better to store in "AppData" or "My Documents".

It will probably be an option in the installer in the future (enabled by default).
