VC:MP problem please answer im getting :'(

do i need a RCON password to get on to the server? if so what is it?
and if i dont then why cant i find anyone online even if there was 22 pl on that server?

and i cant chatt i press F7.

please im so confused i really need help with this

For chat press T, And u don't need to enter an RCON password

and even if i press T on my keyboard nothing happens
i think its stuck on single player mode
