The problem is something to do with TXDs, so its not been caused by VC:MP.
Just reinstall GTA:VC and VC:MP and it should work fine

ok i re-installed gta vc but now scared that it will fail again when i install vc mp im just gonna try it and hope it works

ok i finally got it to work but when it finished loading it just shows a counter some chairs and a arcade thingy
i seen this problem in the forums what am i supposed to do and i cant find the post with this problem please help im gonna get a screen shot to show you

it shows nothing and when i turn the sound up, i hear a soung playing.
and looks like it just froze with a taxi calender, and it looks like a caf'e i think
