Single player in multiplayer?

Whenever I connect to a server, it put me in single player instead. I have tried the help website or whatever and looked at the last topic for this. I can't access the help site. What to do? Please hurry and reply, I just want to play.

The "help site" is pretty much working - http://famp.ru/wiki/Client

Pay particular attention to step #2 and troubleshooting #1 &  #3.

Post a screenshot of vc-mp.flt being in your mss folder then.

And where are the other files? You installed VC-MP to a wrong directory it seems.

do you have GTA vice city installed? install it to the same directory as that.

He will never be able to play it online because as I see he has only one file.

I have alot more files. I have all the files for gta and crap. I would not have got this if I didn't have gta.

Then install the client to where your GTA is. A good indication of your success would be other files in mss dir.

Yea remove the Gta: Vice City folder that appears when you click C:
Install it in Program files> Rockstar Games> GTA: Vice City
