0.3zr2 Does NOT WORK HELP

Hi Everyone I'm new to the forums
So i have downloaded this 0.3zr2 and so i run as admin and Windows XP service pack 2
and I click vcmp-svr and this shows up

I don't know what to do, in that pic it seems that its looking for a folder called script files, but i dont have that, i see gamemodes though, maybe thats it
I ran the installation as admin
I really want to play this and I need help! I can't find any topics on this, thanks :)
My system is
Win7 32Bit
Please Help Once Again

P.S. Don't think im stupid because of my username, I tried to register here 10 times with thecoolest2 and the2coolest2, i never recieved my email in the inbox or in junk, plus i pressed resend, nothing so i had to use my other email and I couldn't use the names above since it says already registered, so I couldn;t think of anything so i put BananaBoy :P

you need scripts files folder

they are needed for gups

or just use FBS

Are you guys mistaking me for making a server? I want to play servers not make  :-\
Edit: I feel stupid I downloaded Server not client I got confused since it said windows XD Thanks everyone for your help
