I have a problem,problem is that i have posted admin appeal and got denied so i am now banned fromm posting anything in forum,i saw a hacker that is hacking and now wanted to report him due to banned from posting how could i post this report.

When i said "read the rules" i didn't mean that just read and close it.
You are not capable of administrating a server, specially official servers.

And about that ban part, banlist has been cleared, youre free to join back.
