Need Help!

i dont know if im in he right section here, but i have a problem!
i know about mirc scripting and i know about how the server works
and how you can set everything online/on.
ive don it before, but now i have a problem
if i run vcmpserver.exe, and mIRC.
everything connects as usual!
i can go in my server, but no one else can see it,
ive  tried everything, and i only have one firewall
and thats from Kaspersky InternetSecurity 7.
ive set kaspersky so he allows everything with the server
and i have tried everything else uu can try

even someone who has 2 of his own servers has checkt my pc
and every setting is correct! and my script is correct!

so what could it be, and how do i make it work!

yeah i think i have tried everything 
i even allowed everyconnection that the server
could make, and even set it by windows firewall when that firewall is off!
i think i just tried everything, but someone else tried to ping me,
with uhm cmd.exe, but he could make connection to my pc
something about port 53/35 something like  that,
i dont know if that has anything to do with, vcmpserver not working!

and the first time i tried it that was a while ago
i had a server but without a script,
and then it could make connection and
other people can see my server, and im on the same pc now
only i switcht from Kaspersky6 to 7 
thats the only diffrence i think!

Hmm, try opening ports 5192, 5193, and 5315.
http://portforward.com can help you do this.
If that doesnt work try uninstalling Kaspersky.

well ive tried it, but i dont have a router, i have a direct connection to the internet, do you have some other tips im getting really hopeless

ive read it, and i have don exactly as what they say,
and someone who has his own to servers looks at everything
everything is the same as with him, but nothing helps.
a couple of months ago ive had a server online only without a script its works
but no, when i try the same with and without a script it just doesnt work

I think you must run announce.exe .. Not sure, well thats all I know.. maybe someone else knows how to fix your problem.

well ive tried, but when i double click announce.exe nothing happend

Thats all i know about servers, my advice you should search around the forum for simalair problems.. Someone might have the answer to yours you'll just have to wait and see.

well ive got it running the problem was my kaspersky firewall
so i paused that firewall and turned my firewall from windows on
and its working thnx you for you help
