I need a free host or a service that I can download and host my server with my Forum IP?

You can get lots of free forum hosting if you "GOOGLE" and for VC-MP hosting i don't think anyone providing hosting for free.

lol nadeem you can't even pay for your server host... :( and still you say you can give a free host to everyone?
+ you will need to pay for a .com domain and a host for creating a online free host lol

I got a free web host : War-Commander
(If you see a page saying there is a malware found, I can't do anything about that.)
I created a index.php:

That only opens the file. And that's a surefire way to get banned from their service.

I actually searched the host on Yahoo! Answer. The question they asked was where can i get a free game host. Anyway, what must i do then to get it in the internet list?

Pay for a host or get a friend who can host it. When I ran ViceFree with Morphine, who do you think was footing the bill?
