Well it seems you're getting 30fps Scripter, which is the limit in most servers. You cant turn your frame limiter off in most servers and if you do you get banned, so I wouldn't do that.

It might be that you're just used to running smoother games, you just need to get used to VC:MP's lower frame rate.

If you see 30 constantly, that means your FPS is perfect.
In other words, your game does not lag.

Maybe you didnt meant FPS lag when you posted this topic.
If the problem is players warping (teleporting randomly anywhere) on your screen.....you just need to get used to it.
