where's pawno itself?

Hey i downloaded there's the gamemode, but there is no pawno itself. I use to script SAMP servers, and there use to be a pawno. Will the SAMP pawno work here to open the gamemode up, and compile it? Thanks.

SA:MP's Pawno doesn't have the include for VC:MP. Here, this Pawno should work with VC:MP Pawn
