VCMP Crashes on startup... Need help..

Ok... I will start off by saying that my PC is fine, it can run VC perfectly and does not crash in single-player... When i downloaded VCMP, I installed it to the VC folder and then started it. It loads the server list and then when i go into ANY server it loads then crashes when i enter the spawn spot. It tells me that it's connecting to the ip and then tells me that the connection was successful and then it gives the following error:

Yes I am super-noob and have NO clue what this means... Please help me. This happens in any server i go into.

first of all,im a bit of a noob too,but i would say check you dont have any mods installed,make sure its a clean install of vc with just vc-mp

I do not think I have any mods installed... but i will do a reinstallation of VC and see what happens... Thanks for the reply.
