How to change the announce color?

For example you need to put this code[~(letter)~] behind the vcmp.announce.
Example:
vcmp.announce %id ~y~ Hi there partner!
Some ~~ list:
~b~ - Blue
~y~ - Yellow
~h~ - White
~x~ - ???
~~ - black
~p~ - purple
Try to find some new color, by typing different letters.

There are other colours also just try changing from a to z in ~letter~ ;)
