open my mirc and type /load -rs manhunt.mrc mirc loaded it but in game no !hunt command it must connect to //irc gtanet??

Try loading the script this way:
open mirc
Tools > Scripts Editor
Remote tab
File > Load
* find the script * and click on it
Open

this Script need adminpanel i load it there are vcmp.mrc vcmp.manhunt.mrc and adminpanel.mrc i just click vcmp.manhunt.mrc is loaded??
