I just created a server which is open for public. I want my server to often played, but how am I going to let it be online while I am not using the computer?

yep, just like you must pay for your home electricity and internet connection to run a home-based server, you'd have to pay someone else to host the server off-site 24/7 while your computer is shut down.

Of course there's a risk of memory leak at times, so you'd need some kind of auto-restart system too.
Many servers have that.
